Slimquick Razor Diet Pills Review

Lose weight with Slimquick Razor Diet Pills?  They claim you can  lose up to 25 pounds while using this product.


I have used some of the other Slimquick diet products and not had any success.  I thought I would give this one a try because it looked different and I was desperate for some help to lose weight and control my appetite. 

If you follow the directions on the box and take the pills I believe you will lose weight.  I have used these pills a few times to quickly lose about 10 pounds.  I stayed on the pills for about 3 weeks and the lower calorie diet and lost the 10 pounds.

I believe if I was able to control myself and my eating for the entire three months that the pills would have worked and I would have lost the 25 pounds.  I still have more of the pills and plan on using them during the summer months when I don't have as much stress in my life.  I would recommend these pills to friends and family.

A little warning:  This diet pill has lots of caffeine in it, so if you are not used to any caffeine then start it slowly because you might get headaches from them.

My Job is Making Me FAT

Help, My job is making me Fat! 

If you work in any type of food industry just seeing and smelling food can make you hungrier.  So yes you can get fat by just working in and around food.  It doesn't mean that you will but the potential is there.  Especially for me because I don't actually get a lunch break.  I am able to eat the food and for free but I have a limited amount of time in which to eat anywhere from three to seven minutes.  I don't know about you but I can't enjoy a meal and take my time and savor each bite when I am cramming a slice of pizza down my throat so my stomach will stop grumbling and my headache will go away. 



Other work place hazards include snack machines, break rooms, candy bowls on desks, co-workers birthdays and party's.  If you are trying to lose weight or just trying to not gain weight while at work you will have to remain vigilant and watch out for all those little extras that try to sneak up on you while at work.  Don't let your job make you fat.

My New New Exercise Workout Routine

No I didn't make a mistake in the title.  This is really new, well not really, but it's new this month anyway.  I have decided to start back on the exercise bike again this week.  I am going to ride my exercise bike for about 20 minutes for five times a week.

I know the exercise bike works, I have personally seen results.  I just need to keep motivated and start my new good exercise habit and keep it up.  I am looking for a dieting twofer here:  1. more energy 2. more calories burned and weight loss.

Skinny People Don't Eat Much!

I have come to the conclusion that skinny people just don't eat that much.  I am not sure if it is because they are not that hungry or that they don't want to get fat.  Either way they eat less than most overweight Americans.  They don't eat much and stay lean, meanwhile the rest of us are actually overfeeding ourselves.

Some proof that skinny people don't eat much comes from this book - Is She Naturally Thin or Disciplined?  Insider Secrets of the Sexy and Slim by Sally Shields.   


Most of the women in the book have always been thin and they don't eat very much.  I also read an article about Kelly Ripa who is skinny and it sounds like she doesn't eat very much either.  She said something about eating dessert that just sounds crazy to me.  Kelly Ripa said that if she has dessert in the house she will eat it but then she might not have dessert for another three months.  More proof right there that skinny people don't eat much. But it also made me think and helped me get back on my diet track.

I have started a new calorie restrictive diet and actually get hungry and hear my stomach rumble.  It has been a very long time since that has been happening to me, which means I have been eating way too much.  It really sucks because I like to eat and society is built around food gatherings.  Because I want to be skinny I am willing to go on another diet and try to lose weight.
