I was on this diet pill for one week and lost 5 pounds. Great. If you are sensitive to caffeine stay away from this one. I took an OxyElite in the morning before breakfast and had trouble falling asleep at night. I had other side effects listed below. I did not really feel like eating until mid-day when it is the most stressful time of day for me. I felt that the effects of the diet supplement worked even in the evening. Losing 5 pounds in a week is great especially since it was pms week when I crave chocolate and salty chips. I felt like the diet pill works and probably would continue taking it had I not started another diet (one that I hope to lose even more for a much more sustained time) that you are not supposed to be taking anything like this.

I bought this diet pill at GNC it costs about $60.00 for a bottle of 90 capsules. The associate told me that the OxyElite Pro was their best selling diet pill. He also said it may be taken off of the market because it was similar to ephedra and the FDA might have it pulled from the shelves.
