Apple Cider Vinegar Diet - Review Week 1
Well it has been a week on the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet. Results are mixed, I have not lost any weight yet and I still am hungry but I am seeing some positive results.
I am using an organic, raw and unfiltered brand of AVC. I
used the Bragg brand of Apple Cider Vinegar and found it at my GNC
store. I have been taking a tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar for my diet twice a day, in the morning and night. I mix the organic Apple Cider Vinegar with a tablespoon of raw honey in an 12 oz. glass of cold water. Now they say warm water is better, but it just tastes horrible that way. I also tried to do an ACV shot but that burned all the way down and I won't be doing that anytime soon.
What I have noticed is that I feel better. I don't have as many aches and pains as I normally do. That feeling is worth it to me to continue on this diet and see if there are any more exciting results.
I will try for a while longer and report back here.
Update:
I did not lose any weight with this diet. If I had taken a dose of Apple Cider Vinegar before every meal, I imagine that I would have lost from the extra water intake. I will say that I do believe the the ACV does have some value, such as, using it for an acne treatment or to balance out your digestion.
