Apple Cider Vinegar Diet - Review

Apple Cider Vinegar also known as ACV has been touted online as a cure all tonic and natural weight loss aid.  Whether or not all of the reports are true is not what I am reviewing, but rather the reports of Apple Cider Vinegar resulting in weight loss by just drinking one tablespoon in the morning, afternoon and evening or before each meal. 

What I want to find out is can I lose weight by just drinking a little Apple Cider Vinegar.  I am not changing anything right now, other than drinking the ACV.  They say that Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural appetite suppressant. 
For my weight loss experiment with Apple Cider Vinegar diet I have decided to use an organic, raw and unfiltered brand of AVC.  I used the Bragg brand of Apple Cider Vinegar and found it at my GNC store.  Bragg states that their Apple Cider Vinegar helps with weight control and I cannot wait to find out if that is true.

I do have to say that the Apple Cider Vinegar tastes nasty, but if it works as a diet aid, it will be well worth it.  It is best to drink the Apple Cider Vinegar for weight loss in a cup of water.  I probably will combine the Apple Cider Vinegar with olive oil for a salad dressing to help with the taste.  It also helps that I consider it medicine to help me lose weight and medicine does not taste good.
