Are you currently in college and don't want to gain the Freshman 15 or 20 or more? Or maybe you just want to get back to that college weight ( that's what I am working for) Then you should look into this book. It has a diet plan and a workout routine, that works. I know it is old but I have used this book over the years since I graduated from college to lose weight and it consistently has allowed me to lose up to 20 pounds a few times over.
